BHAI Apple Cider
Perfected between the Kitchens of Mumbai and the Cyder House of Aspall - BHAI is fermented with Champagne yeast, and balanced with Jaggery from the plains of India.
BHAI's unique flavours, acidity and tangy finish make it exceptional with spicy food, or served with a wedge of lemon. It has a Mid-straw colour and a marked aroma of fresh apples with cedarwood overtones. The palate is light to medium in body, sweetish with good fruit flavour and a racy acidity. The finish is refreshing and tangy.
